You can add Companies to your customer list and define their login accounts. Then you can define a Type/Make/Model/Serial to each item for the customer. Use a bluetooth or connected scanner to scan items as they are processed through your facility. You can assign a different status at each location the item visits.

You can easily set up multiple customers and their products and the status associated with each. When you add a Company to your Customer list you give them a login to this site. Each of your Customers can login using this Login and view the status of their items you have processed. You decide what status items they can see, for example you may define that they see only when you receive or ship their items.
